Job description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who conceives and actively implements the affairs of a modern HR infrastructure. We are looking forward to conversations with professionals who can successfully lead technologies, processes, and people into the future with heart and hand.
Tasks
- You will take over the leadership of an engaged HR team with all relevant competence centers, HR operations teams, and HR business partners.
- You will steer and lead strategic and operational projects (globally and locally initiated) in the areas of remuneration, social benefits, succession planning, organizational development, change management, training and development, recruitment, performance management, employee evaluation, labor relations, salary calculation, administration, internal communication, and HR information systems.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders, both with the corporate center and with local management and employees.
- You will promote the productivity and efficiency of the company and improve employee retention for profitable growth - through genuine HR business partnering.
- You will create fair and just relationships within the company and committees, ensure open communication, and establish partnerships effectively.
- The promotion of a smoothly functioning, efficient, and customer-oriented HR team is at the heart of your concerns: through operational integration, anticipation of problems, timely and effective solution of problems, and the establishment and maintenance of continuous improvement programs, you will create added value.
- You will define and manage the HR budget and other financial and performance-related key performance indicators. You will track and implement new HR KPIs and their monitoring, particularly in the area of personnel analytics.
- You will analyze current HR systems, providers, contracts, and develop improvement proposals to improve performance.
Qualification
- You have a university degree in the field of economics, business, and/or human resources or a comparable qualification.
- You bring more than 10 years of experience in leadership positions in HR with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- You have proven expertise in most areas of personnel management (internal communication, talent acquisition, employer branding, talent management/performance, remuneration and social benefits, personnel and succession planning, organizational development, works council work, etc.).
- You draw on experiences in M&A projects (post-merger/acquisition processes).
- You are characterized by the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement multiple projects simultaneously - and also in the digitalization/automation of HR processes.
- You have recently worked in an international environment, e.g., in a matrix.
