Head of HR Shared Services | Leads a Team | Success Factors | Base: SGD 180k/annum The Frazer Jones team is pleased to be partnering with a prominent Singapore headquartered organisation to appoint a Head of HR Shared Services. This HR Shared Services lead is responsible for leading, scaling, and optimising the organisation’s HR Shared Services function, ensuring the efficient delivery of end‑to‑end HR operations. This role oversees service delivery across payroll, HR systems, employee lifecycle, talent management, benefits administration, and other key HR processes. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, able to drive change and improvement within the organisation’s HR function. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR Shared Services strategies that align with the organisation’s overall business objectives; • Leading and managing a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services; • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective communication and service delivery; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with HR operations; • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and technologies, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in an HR Shared Services role. Salary: SGD 180k/annum.
