Job Description

For our HR team, we are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual who is eager to actively shape this journey. As Head, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR at Sensopro, together with your team expert.

This role combines the operational day-to-day HR business with the opportunity to further develop structures and processes. You will be close to our employees and managers, actively involved in the daily work, and ensure that HR continues to evolve with Sensopro's growth. The use of intelligent, digital applications for daily business is a matter of course.

Your Profile

• Completed education or further training in Human Resources or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of practical experience in HR, ideally in an SME environment
• Experience in setting up or further developing HR processes and in HR consulting
• In-depth understanding of the entire employee lifecycle and the corresponding processes
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working
• Enjoy taking responsibility, shaping the future, and working closely within the team
• You communicate confidently with employees and managers
• Fluent German, very good English skills; other languages are an advantage
