Head of HR (m/w/d)

An international technology company with high innovation power and clear future orientation is looking for a dynamic leader to head its human resources department. The company realizes ambitious projects in a fast-paced environment and is currently undergoing organizational and cultural development.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of an integrated HR strategy aligned with the company's overall strategy
• Initiation and steering of HR transformation projects, particularly in the areas of organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and remuneration
• Strategic counseling of the executive board and active accompaniment of cultural and organizational change
• Development and implementation of HR measures along the entire employee lifecycle
• Ensuring efficient, scalable HR processes and responsibility for compliance, quality, and further development of HR systems
• BUILDING and utilizing HR key figures and decision models for data-based steering
• Fostering and developing the HR team and close cooperation with executives from all areas on HR-related topics
• Positioning the HR department as a proactive business partner and value driver in the company

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on human resources management
• Multiple years of experience in a leading HR function, preferably in a transforming environment
• In-depth expertise in organizational development, change management, and strategic alignment of modern HR structures
• High communication and leadership skills at the executive board or C-level
• Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI-based and data-driven steering of HR processes
• A strong sense of design, pleasure in change, and a sovereign, connective demeanor
• Negotiation-proof German and English language skills in writing and speaking
