Head of HR (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

- Leadership of the HR department with two departments at two locations in direct line to the group's business leadership People and Operations

- Responsibility for the entire spectrum of personnel work – from ensuring operational processes over personnel planning and recruiting to strategic topics like leadership development and personnel development

- As an internal service provider, you advise management and employees on all relevant questions in the field of personnel and social affairs

- You are a strategic and operational partner for the executive board and management on personal, cultural and change topics

- Furthermore, it is your responsibility to continuously optimize the group-wide HR processes in terms of efficiency, digitalization and service quality

- With a self-understanding as an impulse giver, under your responsibility, personnel policy guidelines, goals and personnel processes are effectively implemented

- Leadership of the HR team and its continuous development

- Continuous development of essential HR fields like increasing employer attractiveness and shaping the recruiting strategy

- Responsibility for the further development of our in-house academy

- You have fun with constructive, solution-oriented and pragmatic cooperation with all parties involved within and outside the company

Qualifikation

- You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of business administration with a focus on personnel management, industrial psychology, or a comparable qualification and possess several years of work experience in a similar leading position

- You are a solution-oriented person who develops employee potential and a healthy error culture

- You have the ability to initiate and implement change processes through influence on the organization

- A value-based and value-orientated leadership is lived by you – you lead at eye level

- Creative thinking and acting, as well as high interest in current trends, count among your strengths
