Job description
The RBO – Central Services & Consulting non-profit GmbH provides central IT, administrative, and commercial services to the Foundation Rehabilitation Center Berlin-East within the company network.
We support within the company network with IT services, personnel and object management, accounting, settlement and expert advice – and thus contribute to a reliable basis for social work.
As Head of HR, you will take on a key role in strategic and operational personnel work at our house. You will lead an engaged team of 10 people and bring your expertise into all essential topics of modern personnel development, labor law, digitalization, and organizational development.
Working hours: 39 weekly hours
Workplace: Allee der Kosmonauten 23 A, 10315 Berlin
To be filled from: immediately, upon agreement
Remuneration: possible entry-level salary of €4,118.44 to €4,773.04 per month gross - dependent on proof of relevant professional experience and company affiliation up to €6,082.31 per month gross – in accordance with the PTG Berlin
Tasks
- Total responsibility for personnel management, with a special focus on salary and wage accounting as well as labor law topics
- Ensuring the legally compliant and timely processing of payroll settlement
- Strategic development of all HR processes and instruments, particularly in the areas of payroll, compliance, and digitalization
- Counseling and support for management and executives on personnel economic and labor law issues
- Guidance of cooperation with the works council
- Responsibility for the personnel budget and reporting
- Leadership, development, and motivation of the HR team
- Development of the employer brand and accompaniment of cultural change
Qualification
- Degree in Personnel Management, Business Psychology, or equivalent with a focus on personnel management
- Multiple years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, at least 2-3 years in a leadership position
- Fundamental knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law, social insurance law, and income tax law, as well as modern HR instruments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and implementation strength
- Experience in change management and/or digitalization projects is advantageous
