Job description
We are convinced that in our world of digital trading, great products also require great presentation – to be able to successfully assert themselves in competition. This challenge is solved by CELUM with its unique Content Supply Chain Platform, which allows marketing and product teams to quickly and effectively create convincing product experiences, release them, manage them, and use them in every channel.
After years of rapid growth and organizational changes, we are entering a decisive phase:
CELUM is driving forward a new corporate culture that is based on clarity, responsibility, and high performance. We want to reduce complexity, strengthen leadership, lower turnover, and create an environment in which great people can be successful and deliver measurable impact.
To shape this transformation, we are looking for an experienced HR leadership personality who will form, challenge, and elevate the entire organization to a new level.
As Head of HR, you will be the strategic architect: you will drive CELUM's change towards a true high-performance organization. You will be part of the Management Team, reporting directly to the CFO, and working closely with CEO, CPO, and CGO to create the cultural, structural, and leadership foundations for CELUM's next chapter.
You will lead and develop our three-person HR team and focus on organizational-wide impact: reducing turnover, resolving cultural friction, improving leadership quality, and establishing strong, scalable people systems.
This is a part-time leadership role (30–32h/week) with significant strategic influence.

- You will align HR processes with CELUM's claim to operate as a high-performance organization.
Strategic partner of the Management Team
- You will act as a trusted advisor for CEO, CFO, CPO, and CGO on organizational strategy and people topics.
- You will provide honest, evidence-based insights and constructively challenge the status quo when necessary.
- You will support strategic workforce planning, restructuring, and scale-up initiatives.
Leadership Development & Organizational Design
- You will coach leaders in conflicts, performance topics, communication challenges, and team dynamics.
- You will strengthen organizational structures, clarify roles, and improve interdepartmental interfaces.
- You will moderate leadership workshops, team interventions, and culture-shaping initiatives.
Lead and strengthen the HR Team
- You will give the HR Team direction through guidance, coaching, and clear prioritization.
