Head of Growth

What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth with 6-8 years of experience in SaaS to own and drive Zaapi's entire marketing engine. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will be in the weeds optimizing campaigns, reviewing content performance, and steering strategy, not just delegating. The role spans three pillars: hands-on performance marketing (~50%), content strategy and optimization (~30%), and partnerships, events, and community building (~20%). You will manage a team of 2-3 people, including a Marketing Manager, Content Creator, and Social Media Specialist. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing Zaapi's overall growth strategy, managing the marketing budget, creating and curating content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of SaaS marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
