Our client is a rapidly growing D2C brand from the Streetwear and Culture scene that has developed into an established E-Commerce brand over the past few years. The brand also works with international sponsors and ambassadors.

The company will scale to 100 million in revenue in the next few years and strongly internationalize - for this ambitious goal, we are looking for a Head of Growth.

Tasks

• BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTIRE PERFORMANCE MARKETING STRUCTURE (Meta, TikTok, Google) WITH A FOCUS ON SCALABLE GROWTH.
• RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUDGET STEERING AND PERFORMANCE ALONG CLEAR KPIs SUCH AS CAC, ROAS, AND PROFITABILITY.
• DEVELOPMENT OF A HOLISTIC MARKETING APPROACH THAT CONNECTS PERFORMANCE CAMPAIGNS WITH THE STRONG BRAND IDENTITY.
• BUILDING AND LEADING A PERFORMANCE TEAM (E.G. UGC CREATORS, CREATIVE STRATEGISTS, DESIGNER FOR AD CREATIVES).
• TIGHT COOPERATION WITH BRAND DIRECTOR, E-COMMERCE, AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS TO ORCHESTRATE MARKETING MEASURES WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

Qualification

• MULTI-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PERFORMANCE MARKETING OR GROWTH MARKETING, IDEALLY IN RAPIDLY GROWING D2C-OR E-COMMERCE COMPANIES.
• Demonstrable Track Record in Scaling Paid Channels with a Focus on Profitable Growth.
• STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENTIRE CUSTOMER JOURNEY AS WELL AS FULL-FUNNEL MARKETING.
• EXPERIENCE IN COLLABORATION WITH CREATIVE TEAMS AND ABILITY TO CONNECT BRAND AND PERFORMANCE SENSIBLY.
• HANDS-ON MENTALITY, ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING, AND A GOOD FEEL FOR TRENDS, COMMUNITY, AND GEN-Z CULTURE.
