For a growing premium D2C brand in the Home & Kitchen sector, we are looking for a Head of Growth (m/f/d).

The brand stands for high-quality products, genuine brand building, and is on the path towards €20 million in revenue.

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for growth across the entire funnel, bringing central channels in-house, and further building the existing team.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for growth across the entire funnel, from initial awareness to repeat purchase

• You identify the biggest growth levers and scale profitably, with a focus on the first purchase

• You strategically develop Meta further and bring the channel in-house

• You will help build Influencer Marketing as a new channel

• You will build up your team and your processes, and lead them both technically and disciplinarily

• You bring together performance and brand, working closely with the Creative Director

What you bring with you

• You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and have built your own team

• You have experience with premium D2C brands where brand plays a real role

• You have personally managed a 7-figure Meta budget and understand the channel in detail

• You think full funnel and have operational touchpoints with e-commerce

• You are a builder: you prefer to build structures rather than manage a finished system

• You roll up your sleeves and know just as well when to delegate

• Ideally, you have accompanied and further scaled a brand during a growth phase
