Head of Growth (m/f/d)

As Head of Growth (m/f/d) at HEJ ORGANIC, you will take on the key role of lifting our growth to the next level – data-driven, creative, and always with our vision in mind: making sustainable natural cosmetics accessible to everyone. You will combine analytical strength with a flair for brands, customers, and market trends, and build scalable growth strategies along the entire customer journey – from Acquisition to Activation and Retention.

Responsibilities

• You will develop a clear growth strategy across all channels and ensure that brand, reach, and revenue scale measurably.
• You will identify growth levers along the entire customer journey – from initial attention to repeat purchase rate – and set up focused experiments.
• You will systematically analyze market, channel, and customer data, learn from tests, and make your decisions based on data rather than gut feeling.
• You will build a powerful internal and external team, set clear priorities, and align everyone towards common growth goals.
• You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and E-Commerce to continuously optimize campaigns, funnels, and touchpoints.
• You will define and track relevant KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, Conversion and Retention Rates) and derive concrete measures from them that you consistently follow up on.
• You will establish a strong test & learn culture within the company: hypotheses, A/B tests, learnings – and then the next, bold step.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Growth or Marketing, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• You are a creative thinker with a strategic approach and have already developed and implemented successful growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are a matter of course for you.
• You have leadership experience and can inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals together.
• You are data-driven and familiar with the latest analysis tools to identify market trends and react to them.
