With our patented medical product, we enable early detection and prevention through an app from home. Reliable urine flow measurement and analysis of biochemical data occur in a few minutes. Through the urine trend analysis with Streamcheck, early signs of urological diseases are recognized and can be effectively treated by urologists.

Aufgaben

Your Role
You build our Growth Engine. Not as a service provider for campaigns, but as a strategic driver of user and practice acquisition. You think in funnels, not in channels. You measure in pipeline, not in impressions.

What you do
You are responsible for the entire Demand Generation – from Awareness to Conversion, B2C (end-users) and B2B (doctor's offices). You design and manage Mobile-First-Funnels, Performance-Campaigns, and Product-Led-Growth-Mechanisms. You build scalable acquisition systems with a strong focus on automation and data-driven iteration. You work directly with the management team on Go-to-Market strategy and channel architecture. You manage external partners and freelancers – lean, efficient, and result-oriented.

Qualification

What you bring
Proven experience in building inbound pipelines, ideally from five- to six- or seven-figure. Deep understanding of Demand Generation, Funnel Architecture, and Conversion Optimization. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar performance channels with significant budget. Product-Led-Growth is not a buzzword for you, but lived practice. Experience with productized services, SaaS, or subscription models. You think in systems, not in individual actions. Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have
Experience in the HealthTech or MedTech field. Own founding experience or agency background. Further education at Reforge, Demand Curve, or similar.
