Role Overview We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build a fully quantified, data-first growth engine. In this role, every marketing activity-content, campaigns, funnels, CRM, and channels must be measurable, attributable, and tied to business outcomes. The focus is on scalable acquisition, conversion, and retention through continuous experimentation and analytics-led decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Ensure 100% quantification of marketing efforts, with clear metrics, attribution, and ROI tracking for all campaigns, including social media, email, content, and paid advertising. • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and conversion, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI. • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, including demographics, behaviors, and preferences, to inform marketing strategies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
