Head of Growth Europe (m/f/d)

10ML is a European perfume retailer, and 10ML's perfume decants and samples in 3 ml, 10 ml, and 30 ml are an easy way to discover designer and niche fragrances. As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the entire growth engine in Europe: acquisition, conversion, customer retention, and expansion into new countries and channels.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the growth strategy and its key metrics: new customers, conversion rate, average order value, repurchase rate, and payback in all European markets

• You will lead the managers for Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Partnerships, set their goals, and provide them with the budget to win

• You will manage a consistent testing program for the website, checkout, offers, and onboarding

• You will plan market entries and localization in new EU countries in collaboration with Content, Customer Service, and Operations

• You will build forecasts and reports that guide management in deciding where the next euro will be invested

• You will make 10ML's perfume decants the obvious way to test a fragrance before buying the full bottle

Your Profile

• At least 8 years in Growth or Performance Marketing in D2C e-commerce, at marketplaces, or with consumer goods brands, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven success in profitably scaling paid and organic channels in multiple European countries

• Proficient in Unit Economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, cohort retention

• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SQL-level analysis

• Fluent English; German or another EU language is a big plus

• Bonus: Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail
