Head of Growth / Director Growth Marketing - D2C Consumer Health (m/w/d)

Full Time Lead

Job description

Apriwell is a rapidly growing consumer health company with the mission to make healthcare more effective, accessible, and simple for millions of people suffering from recurring complaints.

We combine patented, over-the-counter therapeutics with modern digital care. That this approach works is proven by over 100,000 customers, 3,500 5-star ratings, and over 15 published clinical studies.

Our team is experienced, implementation-strong, and decision-making. We test hypotheses quickly, work data-based, and build scalable systems that noticeably improve the lives of our customers.

The role

You think growth not in individual channels but in scalable systems? You have deep expertise in Performance Marketing, understand how CRM, Retention, Influencer Marketing, Organic Growth, Marketplace, Testing, Attribution, and Automation work together?

Then we're looking for you as Head of Growth / Director Growth Marketing.

You're right with us if you've already seen how excellent consumer growth organizations function: You've contributed to or even driven the growth from around 10 million euros in revenue to over 50 million euros.

In this role, you'll be responsible for our entire growth strategy - from acquisition to retention to monetization. You'll work directly with the CEO and build structures, processes, and teams further out, with which Apriwell will take its next growth step.

Tasks

Performance Marketing / Growth

  • You're responsible for the cross-channel growth strategy for new and existing customers.
  • You steer and optimize central channels like Paid Social, SEA, CRM, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, Organic Growth, and Marketplace Growth.
  • You develop our performance marketing strategy further and take direct responsibility for paid channels, budget allocation, and scaling.
  • You develop testing, creative, and landing page processes further to systematically uncover new growth opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • You conduct analyses of campaign performance, budget allocation, and forecasts in a multi-channel environment.
  • You ensure that budget decisions are data-based, transparent, and scalable.
  • You work closely with Finance, Product, and Operations to steer growth profitably.

AI & Automation

  • You transfer best practices, playbooks, and recurring processes into scalable systems.
  • You use AI and agentics approaches to make research, creative testing, reporting, campaign management, and operational workflows more efficient.

Team

  • You lead, develop, and expand an experienced interdisciplinary growth team.
  • You establish clear goals, high-quality standards, and a culture of ownership, focus, and continuous learning.
  • You work strategically and operationally close to the business to make decisions quickly and fundamentally.

Qualification

  • You have several years of experience in a leading growth or performance marketing role in the D2C-, E-commerce- or consumer field, ideally with more than one sales channel (Shop + Marketplace, Retail).
  • You have proven growth scaling and can show success based on the most important D2C performance & growth KPIs.
  • You have experience managing a 7-figure annual budget and know how to scale budgets profitably further.
  • You bring a data-oriented mindset with fundamental knowledge in funnel logics, attribution, retention, and performance KPIs.
  • Very good knowledge of Paid Social, SEA, CRM, Influencer Marketing, and Organic Channels.
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to build systems and processes from scratch.
  • Entrepreneurial sharpness, a good gut feeling for customers, and the ability to establish trust, openness, and high goals in your team.
  • Very good German and English skills round out your profile.

Benefits

  • A leadership role with direct influence on the next growth phase of a profitable consumer health company.
  • Your work will directly improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and further develop healthcare.
  • You'll be responsible for relevant budgets, channels, teams, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Competitive remuneration including participation in the company's success.
  • A positive environment with experienced and motivated colleagues where you will grow.
  • You can expect trainings, monthly team lunches, an office in a historic loft in Berlin's Bergmannkiez district, and flexible working hours including home office (2 days/week).
