Head of Group Production (m/w) | EMCO EMCO is a leading European manufacturer of high-tech machine tools for the cutting industry. At several production sites in Austria and Italy, EMCO develops and manufactures innovative turning and milling machines for demanding industrial applications. To further professionalize and harmonize the production organization, we are looking for an experienced, assertive leadership personality as Head of Group Production / Production Manager (m/w) who will lead our production teams with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production processes at our sites in Austria and Italy. This includes the development and implementation of production strategies, the coordination of production planning and control, as well as the supervision of production staff. In addition to a strong technical background, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently.
