Head of Group IT (m/w/d)

The SelectLine Group is growing and so is our IT. We are consolidating our IT landscape into a group-wide Shared-Service-Model and are looking for you as a leadership figure.

You are experienced in IT transformation, think in programs rather than tickets, and steer providers just as sovereignly as C-Level stakeholders?

Then this is your role. We are looking for a Head of IT who will drive our group-wide IT consolidation with clarity and genuine design willingness, from M365 Single Tenant to ITSM introduction and Security Baseline up to AI integration throughout the entire group.

Aufgaben

• You steer the group-wide IT transformation backlog with all parallel streams (M365 Single Tenant, ITSMEinführung, Security Baseline, Standort- und Provider-Konsolidierung).
• You lead a 10-member team.
• You actively accompany AI transformation in the group, from strategy to practical introduction of new technologies in daily work.
• You build a sustainable program and KPI setup, are responsible for IT budgets independently, and deliver clear board reporting at C-Level.
• You establish a binding operating model with transparent decision-making, prioritization, and escalation structures for the entire group.
• You steer external service providers according to clear SOWs, SLAs, and acceptance criteria and consolidate IT services, contracts, and costs across locations.
• You ensure stable IT-based core processes (e.g. On-/Offboarding, Identity & Access) and drive measurable progress in Azure, Security, and ITSM.
• You are willing to undertake multi-day trips as part of your tasks.

Qualifikation

• You bring several years of senior experience as an IT leader, IT transformation lead, or Head of IT with and have successfully managed operative IT organizations and complex transformation programs.
• You are a pragmatist with hands-on mentality, you create structure, make clear decisions, and don't get lost in details.
• You master multi-stream program management – roadmaps, backlogs, KPIs, and stakeholder communication are your daily bread.
• You know vendor & provider management from practice – SOW and SLA negotiations, deliverability ensure, and ideally experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID).
• You understand IT operations from the ground up, M365, Azure, Identity & Access, ITSM, Security, and AI are no foreign words, even if you don't implement it yourself.
