Head of Government Relations - APAC

We are seeking an experienced Head of Government Relations for the APAC region with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will drive regulatory engagement and advocacy across diverse APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with APAC regulators and policymakers.
  
  
• Monitor regulatory frameworks across key markets (Singapore, Australia, India, etc.).
  
  
• Advocate for compliance technology adoption and favorable policies.
  
  
• Represent the company in APAC-based industry associations and government dialogues.
  
  

• Provide guidance on APAC regulatory trends to internal stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in government relations, regulatory affairs, or compliance.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of APAC financial regulations and KYC/AML frameworks.
  
  
• Ability to navigate complex multi-country regulatory environments.
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
