Job description

WE ARE HIRING: Vice President / Head of Global AIDC Business (Commercialization & Expansion)

Location: Shanghai / Singapore (Global Travel Required)

Industry: AI Data Center (AIDC) / Cloud Infrastructure / Renewable Energy

Role Type: Executive Leadership (Revenue & Resource Driven)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a global leader in green energy, we are accelerating our strategic pivot toward becoming a “Green Power + AI Infrastructure Provider.” With multiple high-density AI Data Center (AIDC) assets currently under construction and active M&A pipelines across domestic and international markets, we are seeking a visionary, results-oriented Vice President / Head of Global AIDC Business.

This is a commercialization and resource-driven executive position. The ideal candidate will allocate 60% of their focus toward global compute capacity sales, off-take agreement signatures, and key account monetization, leveraging existing green power assets to convert our under-construction and acquired AIDC portfolio into multi-million-dollar revenues and benchmark global projects.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compute Commercialization & Key Account Sales

P&L & Capacity Utilization Ownership: Drive full commercialization of AIDC assets. Lead sales across rack colocation, GPU/Bare Metal services, Cloud/HPC compute, and bundled “Green Power + Compute” packages. Take full P&L accountability for occupancy rate, Total Contract Value (TCV), revenue generation, and cash collection.

Hyperscaler & Enterprise KA Acquisition: Target and secure high-value off-take agreements and strategic alliances with global Hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.), Tech Giants (ByteDance, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent, etc.), AI Unicorns, and Sovereign AI initiatives.

2. Asset M&A & Overseas Expansion

M&A & Pipeline Growth: Lead mergers & acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures (JV), and greenfield/brownfield developments across key target regions (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe) to rapidly scale the company’s global AIDC asset footprint.

3. Delivery Oversight & Ecosystem Management

Asset Lifecycle Supervision: Oversee commercial and delivery milestones for all under-construction and newly acquired domestic and international AIDC projects to ensure on-time, high-quality power-on and client acceptance.

Government & Utility Relations: Build high-level partnerships with local government bodies, energy grid authorities, and telecom operators across overseas markets to ensure regulatory compliance and long-term utility access.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class global Business Development and Enterprise Sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Executive Experience & Industry Network (Crucial)

10+ years of leadership experience in Data Centers (IDC/AIDC), Cloud Infrastructure, HPC, or Large-Scale Tech Infra Expat/Overseas Operations, with at least 5+ years in senior management (VP/Director level).

Strong & Verified Decision-Maker Network: Direct, C-level access to procurement and infrastructure decision-makers within Hyperscalers, Global Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), or Tier-1 AI Enterprises.

2. Commercial BD & M&A Expertise

Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deal structures in colocation, wholesale, and managed compute services.

Direct experience with data center M&A transactions, asset valuation, and post-merger integration is highly preferred.

3. Regional Expertise & Technical Literacy

Deep understanding of data center ecosystems (power availability, network connectivity, land acquisition, zoning laws, and foreign investment regulations) in SEA (Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia), Middle East (UAE/KSA), or Europe.

Familiarity with next-gen AIDC architecture (high-density liquid cooling, PUE optimization, power systems) and GPU hardware ecosystems (NVIDIA supply chain and cluster deployment).

4. Executive Soft Skills

Professional English Fluency: Capable of leading complex C-suite negotiations with international governments, energy giants, and global tech executives.

Exceptional cross-cultural management skills, strong risk control capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
