Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring financial performance and analyzing deviations from budget and forecast
• Developing and improving controlling processes and reporting
• Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process at a cross-functional level
• Performing advanced financial analyses (profitability, costs, cash flow, business cases for strategic investments)
• Prioritizing reports and presentations for management and the Board
• Ensuring data coherence and accuracy for financial and operational purposes
• Collaborating with Accounting, Operations, and Commercial to align data and processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or financial analysis
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and cost accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with impact in front of management
