Head of Finance (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged Head of Finance (m/w/d), who supports our mission to revolutionize radiology and healthcare provision. In this role, you will be a sparring partner for the management team. The focus lies on building up the finance & controlling department, budget planning, FP&A, possible financing rounds, and ensuring rapid and precise accounting.

Aufgaben

• Budget, FP&A & Forecasting: Creation and control of budget planning, all FP&A processes, and rolling forecasts.
• Sparringspartner C-Level: Strategic sparring partner for C-level and management team; you challenge existing assumptions and bring your own ideas to further develop the company strategy.
• Reporting & Analysen: Preparation of all relevant financial key figures and analyses (e.g. actual vs. planned comparisons, deviation analyses, scenarios) for management and supervisory board.
• Buchhaltung & Abschlüsse: Ensuring proper accounting with rapid and clean monthly and annual closures, including correctly valued provisions, passable allocations & Co., together with our external tax consulting firm.
• Finance-Strukturen & Prozesse: Building and further development of (AI-supported) finance processes, tools, and controlling structures to establish a scalable, transparent financial organization.
• Investor Relations: Support in conducting equity financing rounds and alternative financing options.

Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung: Several years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally in dynamic, growth-oriented companies (e.g. startup series A+, SaaS or healthtech) – preferably already in a leading role (e.g. Head of Finance, Finance Lead or a comparable position).
• Finance- & Controlling-Kompetenz: Funded experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and key figure control as well as creating plan vs. actual comparisons and management reports.
• Buchhaltung & Steuer-Know-how: Practice in cooperating with external tax firms or auditors: experience in preparing monthly and annual closures.
• Daten- & Systemaffinität: Secure handling of finance and controlling tools, high demand for data quality, and willingness to develop systems and reports further.
• Analytische Stärke & unternehmerisches Mindset: Highly developed analytical thinking, structured working style, and joy in actively shaping the financial department of a growing healthtech company.
