Head of Finance (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Management and responsibility for Finance & Controlling within the ICUnet Group
• Counseling of the Leadership Teams through competent and well-founded decision-making proposals and highlighting potentialities
• Surety and optimization of all accounting-relevant processes and procedures, as well as the creation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Responsibility for liquidity security and financial and investment planning
• Ongoing development of controlling instruments in view of future requirements
• Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process
• Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Qualification

• Closed studies in business administration or a comparable field or convincing vocational training
• Leadership experience as a financial leadership or head of finance, ideally in an internationally operating consulting or service company
• Fundamental knowledge in the fields of accounting, controlling, and tax
• Fundamental HGB knowledge
• Experience with digital tools and methods for corporate management and budgeting (e.g. SAP)
• Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking personality with pragmatic hands-on mentality to support the team operationally as well as openness to a dynamic work environment
• Very good Excel skills and presentation skills
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
