As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial management of GENO Broker. You will further develop financial planning and controlling, ensure reliable accounting, and create the basis for decision-making for our management. In doing so, you will lead your team and shape the financial processes that enable our further growth.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the annual budget and multi-year planning and continuously develop our financial planning. You will manage financial development based on ongoing actual-plan analyses, derive measures to achieve targets, and identify potential for improving profitability.

• You will prepare financial information for various committees and create meaningful analyses and decision proposals for management.

• You will monitor the company's balance sheet, income, risk, and capital structures, working closely with the relevant supervisory functions.

• You will be responsible for accounting and financial reporting according to HGB and IFRS, including annual financial statements, and coordinate the audit as well as cooperation with auditors.

• You will ensure the proper execution of banking supervisory reporting and further develop the corresponding processes.

• You will be responsible for liquidity management, the investment of surplus liquidity, and ensuring our operational solvency.

• You will lead and develop your team, ensure the quality of work results, and continuously optimize processes in your area of responsibility.

• You will be a central point of contact for management, banking supervision, and other internal and external stakeholders on all relevant financial matters.

What you bring:

• You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• You have extensive professional experience in Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, or Finance Management and are familiar with the reporting and financial reporting of a bank, broker, FinTech, or financial service provider.

• You have sound knowledge in Financial Planning & Modelling, Forecasting, Cashflow Management, and Working Capital. You have experience in leading teams and combine analytical and strategic thinking with strong business partner competencies.

• You communicate confidently with management, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional management teams.

• You work pragmatically and efficiently, even in a dynamic environment, and possess strong entrepreneurial thinking.

• You take responsibility, make well-founded decisions, and professionally represent your topics at all levels.
