We are looking for a Head of Finance who will strategically develop our financial management and operationally implement it precisely.

Aufgaben

Finanzstrategie & Steuerung:

You are responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the company and develop our finance structure future-proof.

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Reporting-Strukturen
• Entwicklung relevanter KPI-Systeme zur Steuerung von Wachstum und Profitabilität
• Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-Analysen

Liquiditätsplanung & Cashflow-Management:

You keep a constant overview of our financial stability and future planning.

• Verantwortung für Liquiditätsplanung und Cashflow-Steuerung
• Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Finanzplanung

Accounting & Prozesse:

You optimize existing structures and ensure efficient workflows in accounting.

• Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Accounting-Prozessen
• Steuerung externer Partner (Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken etc.)
• Sicherstellung sauberer, transparenter Finanzprozesse

Strategische Projekte & M&A:

You accompany entrepreneurial decisions with sound analyses.

• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von M&A-Prozessen
• Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Bewertung strategischer Investitionen
• Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung bei unternehmerischen Entscheidungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Liquiditätsplanung, Controlling und betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Optimierung von Finance-Prozessen
• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und tiefes Datenverständnis
• Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Technisches Know-How
