Your mission:

• Total responsibility for accounting, controlling, and the further development of group-wide financial management.
• Safeguarding proper bookkeeping according to HGB, as well as responsibility for monthly and annual statements.
• Building and developing a modern budget, reporting, and forecasting system.
• Steering cash flow, liquidity, and investments in the dynamic corporate environment.
• Developing and implementing a professional financial strategy including KPIs and decision-making bases.
• Active participation in restructuring into a holding structure.
• Accompanying and implementing the spin-off of individual business areas into GmbHs (including tax and legal alignment).
• Building an intercompany-conformable financial architecture, including cash pooling, group reporting, and transfer pricing models.
• Fuelling and developing the teams for accounting and controlling.
• Collaboration with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and authorities.
• Digitalization and optimization of financial processes, systems, and data structures.
• Closely collaborating with management on strategic and operational decisions.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, finance, accounting, controlling or comparable.
• Multiple years of leadership experience in the finance department (accounting & controlling).
• Very good knowledge of HGB and preparing monthly and annual statements.
• Experience in building teams, structures, and financial processes.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and liquidity management.
• Experience in holding structures, GmbH spin-offs or comparable reorganization processes.
• Safe handling of tax consultants, auditors, and banks.
• High analytical competence and process understanding.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and sovereign appearance.
• Communication skills and ability to present complex topics in a comprehensible manner.
