Head of Finance

We have a newly created role for a Head of Finance to join our mission, leading the global finance function. Reporting to the CFO, this is both a senior and hands-on role, perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring that our financial goals are aligned with our overall strategy. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and team members. • Providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, helping them make informed decisions about investments, resource allocation, and other critical business matters. • Collaborating with the CFO to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the trust of our stakeholders. • Leading a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them grow professionally and personally. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our financial operations and stay ahead of the curve.
