So could your day look like:

• You develop and steer a financial strategy that secures our growth and makes it scalable
• You are responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and monthly closures, and thus create a transparent foundation for cost and profitability control
• You coordinate all financial interfaces to tax consultants, investors, and other stakeholders and ensure professional preparation of financing rounds
• You lead clear operational and strategic recommendations from financial data for management and support so that decisions are well-founded
• You implement modern finance and BI systems that simplify processes and increase the speed and quality of our decisions

This is what you bring:

• You have proven experience as CFO, VP Finance or Head of Finance, ideally in a startup or scale-up
• You are familiar with building financial structures in dynamic organizations and developing them further
• You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, work pragmatically and decisively, and model income, expenses, and scenarios so that they form a reliable basis for strategic decisions
• You provide clear orientation, especially during periods of organizational change, and lead teams with focus, clarity, and result-oriented through transitions
• You want to build a scalable financial organization from the start and decisively shape its standards, systems, and processes
• You communicate securely in German (C2) and English (C1) and move confidently in an international stakeholder environment
