Do you have several years of leadership experience as a hands-on manager in the areas of finance, controlling, and/or accounting and are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? Are you excited by a mix of strategic financial management and building professional financial structures for a rapidly growing company? Then we should get to know each other.

The role reports directly to the management and will work in close collaboration with the regional general managers and the medical directors of our centers.

In this role, you will

• Lead our finance function: You will take overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, treasury, and reporting, ensuring compliance with PraxisEins quality standards in all financial processes.

• Lead teams: You are able to engage people and lead through positive example. It is essential for you to ensure a good working environment for your finance team that promotes performance through effective communication and collaboration.

• Shape our financial strategy: You will develop the financial strategy in line with our overarching company goals. For this, you will work closely with management, general managers, as well as external partners and banks.

• Enable growth through sound financial management: You will identify financial opportunities and risks early on, build robust planning and steering instruments, and thereby create the foundation for our further growth, including the financing of location acquisitions.

You will collaborate with

• First-class physicians in the fields of general medicine, internal medicine, pain therapy, and neurology.

• An experienced management team with backgrounds including BCG, McKinsey, Oaktree, Goldman Sachs.

• Our Product and Engineering team, with whom you will jointly drive the further development of our finance systems and tools.

Your profile convinces with

• Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment – you bring relevant leadership experience in finance.

• Experience in hands-on work with DATEV Rechnungswesen and ideally Personio.

• The proven ability to prepare and communicate financial and business analyses at a management level. You prepare analyses meticulously and with a focus on detail.

• Fluent German and English language skills (min. level C1).

• Work model: The role will be performed at our office in Frankfurt am Main for at least 3 days per week, with up to 2 days of home office per week possible.
