TEILE develops and produces high-end loudspeakers, DJ and audio equipment, and merch – design objects with uncompromising sound. A brand that you don't just want to hear, but also wear. Our systems play in clubs, at festivals, in bars, hotels, and restaurants.

Behind TEILE is a global community with a very high reach. We are currently building new sales channels: our own online shop, social commerce, retail and object partners, as well as collaborations with major brands. We are growing rapidly – and have done so without a finance department until now. There is no controlling, no structured database, no systems that talk to each other. This is exactly what you will build.

Your Role

You will be the person who makes TEILE controllable. You bring the perspective of a CFO and yet enjoy building yourself – from the first forecast to the data pipeline.

You will work directly with our CEO and the founding team, making AI a core part of our steering from the outset: automated reporting, data-driven decisions, and smart processes instead of manual routines.

Your Tasks

• Build Finance & FP&A: Planning, forecasting, liquidity, and reporting – with a controlling logic that scales with us.

• Make profitability visible: Contribution margins per product, channel, and project – from the workshop to the webshop.

• Accompany financing: Loans, working capital financing, and investor documents.

• A database for everyone: Consolidate shop, marketing, production, sales, and financial data into one platform (e.g., Shopify) – dashboards instead of Excel silos.

• Think AI-First: Automate processes in finance, marketing, supply chain, and customer service.

• Take responsibility for the tech landscape: Select tools, connect systems, manage external service providers.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A – ideally in a manufacturing company with physical products

• You have built planning, controlling, and reporting yourself before – not just taken over

• A plus: Background at a Big 4 firm (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte)

• Data affinity: BI tools, data warehouse logic, preferably SQL – you build it yourself

• Practical experience with AI tools and process automation

• Strategic thinking, hands-on, pragmatic – you don't need a large team to deliver

• Very good German and good English skills

• Also a plus: Experience with Shopify and D2C
