We are now seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance / Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and management of Intellect's global operations, ensuring the company's continued growth and success. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives; • Leading and managing a high-performing finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance; • Collaborating closely with other senior leaders to drive business decisions and ensure financial sustainability; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies; • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting to continuously improve our financial operations.
