You want to shape financial structures actively and support entrepreneurial decisions with well-founded analyses? Then you will be part of the Busch Group and take on as Head of Finance / Controlling (m/w/d) a key role in our corporate group.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for finance and controlling processes within the corporate group
• Preparation, analysis, and further development of budget, forecast, and liquidity plans
• Building and optimizing a reporting system for management and shareholders
• Steering monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in collaboration with accounting and external partners
• Economic analyses, investment calculations, and decision-making bases for strategic projects
• Further development of controlling instruments, KPIs, and financial processes
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the finance and controlling team

Qualifikation

• Strategic foresight, analytical strength, willingness to shape, social competence, integrity, resilience, and communicative sovereignty
• Multiple years of experience in finance and controlling, ideally within a corporate group
• Degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work across departments
• Very good knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Desirable: Experience with IFRS accounting
• Safe handling of common ERP and controlling systems (e.g. DATEV, Sage Intacct, Excel)
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
