Head of Finance/ Controller (GST, ACCA, CPA)

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the financial operations of the commodity trading company. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability. Manage and optimize the company's financial resources, including cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain internal controls and risk management processes. Provide guidance and support to finance team members. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives. Ensure the company's financial systems and processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals. Develop and implement training programs for finance staff. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the finance team.
