Head of Finance

Role Overview: The Head of Finance will lead the end-to-end finance function for the Global Capability Centre, ensuring operational excellence across controllership, FP&A, compliance, and transformation initiatives. This role will act as a strategic partner to global business leaders while scaling finance operations, driving process automation, and maintaining strong governance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the GCC finance strategy aligned with lobal Finance objectives, leveraging financial data insights to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global business leaders, finance teams, and external partners. Ensure effective communication of financial performance, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic decision-making. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with GCC's overall strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Controllership: Oversee the management of financial assets, liabilities, and equity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Compliance & Risk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying and mitigating potential risks to finance operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective governance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. Transformation Initiatives: Drive process automation, digitalization, and innovation in finance operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes into existing finance operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles; Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Experience with financial systems, tools, and technologies.
