Qrago is an innovative company in the Digital Health sector. Our vision is to digitize all logistical processes in healthcare and accompany hospitals with our products into the digital future.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Head of Finance / CFO (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Cash flow and financial planning in a strongly growing company
• Building and further development of a scalable finance and controlling structure
• Automation and digitization of central financial processes (Reporting, Forecasting, Tools)
• Development of new business fields and revenue models in the Finance & Billing area
• Responsibility for invoicing, accounting, and cash flows
• Professional communication with investors, banks, and partners
• Building a long-term financial strategy to support growth and expansion

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in finance, controlling or as CFO/Head of Finance – ideally in a scale-up
• A hands-on mentality paired with strategic foresight
• Pleasure in building structures and automating processes
• Sure appearance towards investors and stakeholders
