Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Head of Finance (all genders) immediately:

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the finance department
• Accounting, including the independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring and controlling all compliance requirements and supporting internal and external audits
• Preparation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses based on cost and performance indicators (e.g., variance analyses and productivity analyses)
• Ensuring up-to-date expertise in payment transactions, FinTech, and banking
• Cross-border transactions within the EU
• Capital raising

Qualifications

• You have a degree in business administration or another relevant qualification
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in a leadership position in the finance sector
• You have very good German skills as well as good and applicable English skills
• You are familiar with the banking or FinTech sector
• You have knowledge of the relevant tax laws
• You have experience with common ERP systems
• You enjoy working in a team
