Your tasks: Overall responsibility for leading and organizing the establishment

Leadership and development of a motivated interdisciplinary team

Ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction

Economic management including personnel and budget responsibility

Representing the establishment internally and externally

Your qualifications: Qualification as Head of Establishment according to § 2 para. 2 HeimPersV / § 71 SGB XI

Completed education or study in the field of health or social services

Leadership experience as Head of Establishment and also in ambulatory care

Outstanding social and communicative competence

Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and empathy
