The Head, Enterprise Controls establishes and maintains the overall strategy and direction for the Enterprise Controls function, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as experience in developing and implementing controls to mitigate risks. In addition, the Head, Enterprise Controls will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, business units, and functional teams. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
