Head of Engineering-Trade Supply Chain Finance

Location: India – Mumbai Role: EVP/SVP– Engineering & Delivery Head (Trade Finance Platforms) Experience: 23 Years Role Overview We are hiring a senior engineering and delivery leader to build and scale next-generation Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms . The role requires a hands-on technology leader with a strong track record in enterprise product engineering, large-scale delivery, and modernization programs across global banks . This mandate sits at the intersection of technological innovation and business acumen. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing strategic plans for the development and deployment of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms • Building and leading high-performing teams to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and delivery • Mentoring and coaching team members to drive technical excellence and innovation • Fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement • Developing and managing budgets for engineering and delivery initiatives • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization on technology trends and innovations.
