Your Tasks:

• Leadership, development, and organization of the teams in mechanical design, electrical design, and automation

• Resource allocation, taking into account deadlines to be met

• Further development of our machine concepts and technical standards to increase competitiveness and economic efficiency

• Management and prioritization of development projects

• Promotion of efficient collaboration between engineering and production

• Identification of new technologies and development potentials

• Support with technical decisions and complex customer requirements

• Process optimization within the engineering departments, for example, through the introduction of suitable digitalization solutions

• Ensuring quality and economic efficiency in engineering

Your Profile:

• You have a completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable field of study

• Ideally, you have experience in leading technical teams

• You are passionate about technology and motivated to actively drive technical developments

• You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality

• You bring a high degree of initiative, commitment, and responsibility

• You are a strong communicator with the ability to inspire and develop teams

• You have good German and English language skills

Your First Months With Us

In the first few months, you will get to know our products, processes, and structures comprehensively and gain a detailed overview of our ongoing engineering projects in the field of packaging automation. You will work closely with our experienced team and gain insights into the technical specifics of our machines and systems.

Step by step, you will take on responsibility for the leadership and further development of our projects, coordinate technical requirements, and work closely with the design, production, and project management departments. This will lay the foundation for you to actively shape the future of our packaging systems.
