Tasks
- Tech-Strategy & Architecture end-to-end responsible (SaaS, Data/ML, Integrations).
- Product development: Channel Analysis, Multi-posting, Pre-qualification, Insights.
- Operation & Quality ensure (SLOs, Observability, Security, Cost Control).
- CI/CD & DevEx set up (Tests, Feature Flags, Monitoring, Incident Processes).
- Team build & lead (Hiring, Mentoring, Standards).
Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack/Platform Engineering, including 2+ years as Lead.
- Proven responsibility for Architecture, Delivery & Operation in SaaS environments.
- Deep Integration Expertise (APIs, Auth, Webhooks, Backoff/Retry, Idempotence).
- Product Mindset: Tech decisions linked to Business KPIs.
- Hands-on Leadership: self-build, prioritize, coach.
