Head of Engineering

CRIMSON is looking for a seasoned engineering head for its fast paced, dynamic and high performing products development team. Key Responsibilities: Manage all technical aspects of product development Planning and tracking parallel sprints, drive agile methodologies Driving organization’s objectives across teams, build innovation mind set Liaison with business stakeholders and senior management. Build and mentor a team of high performing engineers. Design and architect new product offerings and enhance existing products. Participate in strategic planning of technology roadmap. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software engineering. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing and delivering complex software projects. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with agile methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience with cloud technologies. Experience with microservices architecture. Experience with DevOps practices.
