What You’ll Do As the Head of Engineering & Proposals, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of detailed engineering solutions and smooth project commissioning. You’ll lead a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation and submission of proposals for new projects, leveraging your expertise in engineering and business development.
