Head of Engineering

Job description

Oversee and manage the multidiscipline engineering activities related to Mechanical Equipment, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Piping and Process Engineering. Planning, initiating, executing, and monitoring engineering with respect to time, cost and quality including technical (engineering) and techno-commercial coordination with all stakeholders. Performing design review, 3D models review HAZOP, HAZID and SIL & other various studies during project detail engineering phase. Establishing new processes and procedures for the engineering department. Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards. Developing and implementing strategies to improve engineering efficiency, productivity and quality. Providing technical guidance and support to engineers and other stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with engineering projects. Maintaining accurate records of engineering activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
