Head of Engagement & Community Programs

Hope Initiative Alliance is looking for a Manager for the Engagement Department at Hope Village, Singapore. This role involves leading outreach and programme functions for migrant workers and domestic workers, creating impactful engagement strategies, and fostering strong partnerships. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in community engagement, and excellent coordination skills.
