Aufgaben

Deine Mission

As Head of Education, you drive all our education formats forward and ensure that they live up to what we stand for: absolute topicality and tailored learning platforms and programs – for every team and individual. Our flagship products like the AI Learning Platform, but also the AI Driver's License and further formats like Agent Builder (Level 2), Architect (Level 3) and many more programs must not only be content-wise, but also didactically top-level – just as the tech platforms behind them. It's not just about developing content, but also thinking through the entire user experience from start to finish and continuously making it better.

Important: This is not a teaching role – you don't lead programs yourself, but develop, improve, and take responsibility for them.

Deine Aufgaben

• You are responsible for and continuously improving all our learning formats – from the AI Learning Platform to the AI Driver's License and further formats (e.g. Agent Builder, Architect) – content-wise, didactically, and in terms of the entire learning experience.
• You develop the next stages of our programs (Level 2, 3 …) and new features: interactive, effective, better.
• You conceptualize new education formats and follow-up offers.
• You keep all content up-to-date with the extremely fast AI market – what's new, what's relevant, what needs to come out?
• You ensure premium and quality standards across all learning products.
• You work at the interface with our Tech Team: The products behind the programs (e.g. our Learning Platform) are continuously being developed – you bring in the didactic and UX perspective.
• You are responsible for program delivery and work closely with founders, experts, and our freelancer network.
• You make learning measurable and use feedback consistently for further development.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• You have a background in (Corporate) Education, L&D, Didaktik or Instructional Design – and enthusiasm to rethink this with AI.
• You think in products and user journeys: How do our customers in the middle class and enterprise get the best possible experience from their first email contact to program completion – and how can we maximize what they get out of our programs?
• You are passionate about AI, actively use AI tools, and understand how to teach people AI.
• You can conceptualize programs not just, but also hands-on build, roll out, and iterate.
• You are structured, quality-obsessed, and consistently think from the learner's perspective.
• You communicate strongly and make complex topics learnable and interactive.
• You work independently and drive topics proactively forward.

Nice to have

• Experience in scaling learning or training programs.
• Moderation and accompaniment of cohorts or communities.
• Experience with learning platforms and didactic tools.
