You'll Be Doing This at Our Company – Your Job:

• E-Commerce Business with Impact: With direct connection to the management, you will be responsible for our online shop and marketplaces as a whole, developing our e-commerce business consistently from strategy to implementation. You drive the growth of our e-commerce channels actively forward, recognize potential, and develop internationalization strategies.
• Build, Lead & Develop: You lead your team professionally and disciplinarily, develop structures further, and ensure that performance, processes, and collaboration take place at a high level.
• Online Shop – Where Brand Leads: Our online shop is the digital showcase of our brand. You set the standard here for experience, staging, and quality and shape actively the further digital build-up of our premium women's wear brand – with the clear aim to bring it digitally to the next level.
• Marketplace Business as Growth Driver: You build our marketplace business deliberately and develop it into a central growth driver – with a clear focus on scalability, relevance, and performance.
• Customer Journey on Brand: You optimize continuously our Shopify setup and the customer journey and ensure that our brand is digitally just as consistent, high-quality, and desirable as offline. You develop our CRM- and loyalty program
