Job description
A fast-growing e-commerce company in Cape Town seeks a Head of Operations to drive national warehousing and fulfilment initiatives. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to design and enhance operations without the constraints of legacy systems. Candidates should have 8–12 years of leadership experience in e-commerce warehousing, and be adept at improving productivity and warehouse optimisation. Regular travel may be required, as well as collaboration across various departments.
