You will take on strategic responsibility for our digital platform landscape and shape the technological expansion of a strongly growing energy company with.
By combining strategic thinking with operational implementation, you will develop together with your team a scalable digital foundation for future growth phases at ju:niz Energy.
From Enterprise Architecture to Platform Strategy, Cyber Security, and Governance, you will bring our digital transformation to the next level – pragmatically, modernly, and with genuine design freedom.

Your Tasks

• You will develop our company-wide Digital Strategy further and translate it into concrete, scalable solutions.
• Together with your team, you will create a high-performance "Digital Backbone" for future growth.
• You will be responsible for the further development of our Enterprise- and Platform Architecture – from ERP to Data Platforms, Cloud-, and OT-Infrastructures.
• You will steer digital transformation projects end-to-end and ensure sustainable integration into our business processes.
• You will work closely with different stakeholders from Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Management and bring requirements structured into implementation.
• You will lead an interdisciplinary Digital Team, create orientation, and develop structures and competencies continuously further.
• At the same time, you will keep budget, priorities, governance, and regulatory requirements like ISO 27001, KRITIS, or NIS2 in mind.
• New technologies, automation potential, and the sensible use of AI are all part of a modern platform strategy for you.

Your Profile

• You bring several years of experience in a leading role in the field of Digital, IT, Platforms, or Transformation with.
• Complex digital landscapes, Enterprise structures, and scalable platform models are familiar to you.
• Idealistically, you have already accompanied transformation projects in dynamic small- or scale-up environments.
• You can think strategically, but also make pragmatic decisions and implement things.
• Leadership means to you not only steering, but above all orientation, cooperation, and team development.
• You can communicate technical topics clearly – both with specialist departments and on management level.
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and keep the overview even when dealing with many parallel tasks.
• You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and enthusiasm for design with.
• You are regularly present at our location in Munich as well as at relevant project meetings on site.
• You master German and English securely in cooperation with different stakeholders.
