Head of Design | Design Lead

We are looking for a talented and strategically thinking Head of Design, who can build visual communication for brands - from initial guidelines to strong digital and offline products.

You will be expected to mix UX/UI, creativity, branding, and classical 'stamp'. We value designers who can not only make it look good, but also make a working business design.

Responsibilities:

• leading a creative design team (growth, processes, mentoring)
• developing and refining visual identity for products and brands
• preparing print-ready designs (catalogs, posters, etc.)
• creating digital banners for advertising, landings, and social media
• working with UX/UI: logic, user path, interfaces
• curating design documentation, working with source files and templates
• interacting with producers, marketers, and top management

Requirements

• portfolio, showcasing a systematic approach to design

• confident mastery of Figma, Illustrator,
• understanding of technical requirements for printed products
• experience working with premium-brand clients - would be a big plus
• ability to think strategically and get hands-on
