Job Responsibilities Curriculum and Instructional Excellence Lead in the development of the vision, educational goals and priorities to guide curriculum for assigned domain/level/track Lead the planning implementation and evaluation of school-based curriculum or programmes for the assigned domain/level/track Customise curriculum, pedagogy and assessment methods to enhance students' learning outcomes and achievement. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive student success. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to support student learning and achievement. Develop and manage budgets and resources to support the department's goals and objectives. Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. Develop and maintain partnerships with community and industry partners to provide students with real-world learning experiences and career opportunities.
